U.S. Stock Indices Fall Intraday on June 9, Nasdaq-100 Down 3.5%, Spot Silver Drops 4.5%

U.S. stock indices declined sharply intraday on June 9. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell over 1,000 points, while the Nasdaq-100 dropped 3.5%, the S&P 500 fell 1.8%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 0.8%, and the Nasdaq Composite fell 3%.

Spot silver also came under pressure, declining 4.5% intraday to trade at $64.98 per ounce.
