Ukrainian UAV Strike on Luhansk School Wounds 35, Injures Reported Overnight on May 22

According to Russian-appointed Luhansk regional administrator Pasechnik, Ukrainian forces conducted an overnight drone strike on the Starobilsk Vocational College teaching building and dormitory early May 22, resulting in 35 wounded and people trapped under rubble. The college housed 86 teenagers aged 14-18 at the time of the attack. Administrative buildings, shops, and private residences in Starobilsk were also damaged, with one additional person injured. Ukrainian authorities have not yet responded to the reports.
