According to Yonhap, Samsung Electronics announced on June 9 that it will introduce Google's Gemini and OpenAI's ChatGPT across all affiliates this month. Affiliate CEOs will apply the AI tools to eight business functions including development, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales, customer service, and corporate support. Samsung said it will pair the rollout with job-specific operating guidelines and advanced security systems to manage risks.
