Paradigm Open-Sources Centaur AI Agent; Fund Reports Workflow Transformation Since January

According to Paradigm, the fund has open-sourced Centaur, an AI Agent Runtime co-developed with Tempo that supports multi-user collaboration and secure self-hosted operation. Since internal deployment began in January, Centaur has transformed workflows across investment, engineering, design, recruitment, events, and customer service, the fund stated.

Centaur can invoke tools, run continuously for hours or days, persist after system restarts, and execute operations using real credentials without ever accessing raw secrets. Users can interact via Slack or API integration.
