Overnight HIBOR Rises 5 Basis Points to 1.42364%, Highest Since May 8 on June 9

According to Jin10, overnight HIBOR (Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate for offshore yuan) rose 5 basis points to 1.42364% on June 9, reaching its highest level since May 8. One-week HIBOR also climbed to 1.42758%, the highest since May 14, while two-week HIBOR increased to 1.42303% at the same level. One-year HIBOR remained steady at 1.65000%. Additionally, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's 3 billion yuan daily repurchase agreement liquidity facility has been drawn down by nearly 60%.
