Microstrategy Expands STRC Dividends to Semi-Monthly Starting July 15

According to Michael Saylor, chairman of Microstrategy, shareholders approved on June 8 to increase STRC dividend payments from monthly to semi-monthly. The company's perpetual preferred stock, designed with a par value of $100 and offering approximately 12% annual dividends, will begin the new payment schedule with the first record date on June 30 and first payment date on July 15. The change aims to enhance cash flow predictability and attract investors seeking regular income.
