Kakao Mobility and HD Hyundai Sign MOU for Autonomous Logistics Platform

According to Kakao Mobility, the company and HD Hyundai XiteSolution, a South Korea-based construction equipment maker, recently signed a memorandum of understanding to build an autonomous logistics platform for warehouses and other facilities. Kakao Mobility will provide fleet control and transport management software, while HD Hyundai XiteSolution will supply autonomous industrial vehicles, including unmanned forklifts and automation equipment. The partners plan to conduct proof-of-concept trials at operating logistics sites and aim to develop a unified system to manage automated guided vehicles and autonomous mobile robots.
