Iranian Foreign Minister Alagchi warned recently that saboteurs are attempting to undermine diplomatic efforts, while hardliners seek to involve the United States in another conflict. Alagchi cautioned the U.S. against making that mistake, expressing confidence that diplomatic channels will ultimately prevail.

“I hope the United States will not make this error,” Alagchi said, reaffirming Iran’s commitment to pursuing resolution through dialogue.
