Hamas Announces Progress on Ceasefire Agreement on June 9

According to Jin10, Hamas spokesman Qassem announced on June 9 that Palestinian factions have reached an 'acceptable solution' on multiple contentious issues within the ceasefire agreement following the latest round of talks in Cairo. Qassem stated that whether negotiations can successfully advance to the second phase of the ceasefire agreement depends on whether mediators, guarantor nations, and the 'Peace Committee' can effectively constrain Israel and compel it to cease violations and accept the current proposals and consensus.
