German 2-Year Bunds Slide 3.8 Bps to 2.668% on Tuesday as Oil Decline Eases Inflation Concerns

On Tuesday June 9, German two-year bond yields fell 3.8 basis points to 2.668% during European market close, trading near daily lows of 2.660% in late afternoon. The 10-year Bund yield declined 1.8 basis points to 3.043%, trading within a 3.067%-3.034% range amid notable weakness ahead of U.S. market open. The 30-year yield edged down 0.2 basis points to 3.591%. The 2-10 year Bund spread widened by 2.101 basis points to plus 37.310 basis points, reflecting the steeper selloff in shorter-dated maturities.
