Fed to Release 2026 Bank Stress Test Results for 32 Large Banks on June 25

According to the Federal Reserve, the central bank will release annual bank stress test results for 32 large banks on June 25 at 4 a.m. Beijing time. The stress testing scenarios include a severe global recession with elevated pressures in commercial and residential real estate markets, as well as corporate debt markets. The test results will not affect the capital requirements of large banks. The Fed previously announced in February it would maintain current stress test capital buffer requirements through 2027.
