According to Reuters, Singapore-based data center operator Digital Edge closed a $575 million holding company loan on May 22 to expand across Asia Pacific, including South Korea, Japan, India, and Southeast Asia. The financing was led by Clifford Capital, Deutsche Bank, MUFG, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp, and Standard Chartered, with support from BNP Paribas and Stonepeak Credit. The company, backed by US investor Stonepeak, cited rising demand for hyperscale and AI-ready facilities as a key driver.
