CME FedWatch: 93.5% Probability of Fed Rate Hold in June, 13% for July Cuts

According to CME FedWatch data as of May 6, the Federal Reserve has a 93.5% probability of keeping interest rates unchanged in June, with a 6.5% probability of a cumulative 25-basis-point cut.

For July, the probability of maintaining rates stands at 86.5%, while the probability of a cumulative 25-basis-point cut rises to 13%, with a 0.5% probability of a 50-basis-point cut.
