Chinese High-Speed Train 'Snake' Clarified as Eel on May 17, Railway Operator Confirms

According to Nanning Railway Operations Segment, on May 17, an eel carried by a passenger on train D195 fell from its bag due to improper sealing while the train was operating between Yiwu and Jinhua. The passenger quickly retrieved the eel, resealed the bag, and placed it in the connecting section between cars. The passenger exited with the bag at Hengyang Station. No other passengers were affected, the operator said on May 23.
