According to Real Vision Chief Crypto Analyst Jamie Coutts, Bitcoin's long-term technical backdrop is approaching attractive accumulation levels, with Q2-Q3 2026 potentially marking a bear-market bottom. However, a major macroeconomic headwind may delay sustained bullish momentum: the U.S. faces $3.67 trillion in Treasury debt coupon maturities in 2027, 36% above the 2020–2025 average. Coutts highlighted that current liquidity conditions remain constrained, particularly as capital has rotated away from crypto toward AI equities since late 2025. Whether the financial system can absorb the refinancing burden without stress in the Treasury market remains uncertain, he noted. At press time, BTC traded at $63,196.
