Anthropic Lifts Third-Party Agent Access on Claude, Introduces $20–$200 Monthly Caps Starting June 15

According to Anthropic, the company will implement a new Agent SDK billing policy starting June 15, 2026. Third-party Agent tools such as OpenClaw will be allowed to access Claude subscriptions again, but users must draw from a separate monthly allowance rather than sharing standard interaction limits. Pro users receive $20 monthly; Max 5x and advanced Team plans get $100; Max 20x and enterprise plans receive up to $200. The dedicated allowance resets monthly and cannot carry over; usage beyond the cap incurs standard API rates.
