Adobe Launches CX Enterprise AI Suite to Automate Corporate Marketing with OpenAI, Anthropic Partnerships

Gate News message, April 21 — Adobe unveiled CX Enterprise, a new AI suite designed to help enterprise clients automate and personalize digital marketing campaigns. CX Enterprise will integrate with platforms from partners including Amazon, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Nvidia. Adobe’s Marketing Agent is now generally available in Microsoft 365 Copilot and in beta within Amazon Q, Anthropic Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and IBM watsonx Orchestrate. The company is also launching Brand Visibility, a tool to help enterprises manage their appearance when customers use AI agents and chatbots for product discovery.

Adobe’s move comes as software firms face intensifying competition from AI startups. The company’s stock rose 2.2% on the announcement, though shares remain down approximately 30% year-to-date. Major advertising agencies including dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell, and WPP have already adopted CX Enterprise as a standard tool.
